Return & Refund Policy

Online Purchase Returns
If you’d like to return an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

- For damaged or incorrect items, email us at info@kalletka.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Store Purchase Returns
If you purchased an item from a retail store, please return it to the original store. If they cannot process your return, follow the Online Purchase Return instructions above.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 10 days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
- Check your bank or credit card statement, as processing times may vary.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, contact your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, let us know at info@kalletka.com. Exchanges may take varying shipping times based on location.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
